Theme: "Emerging global perspectives, trends and sustainability development of mineral and energy resources"
This is the 59th annual international conference event of the Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society (NMGS) which will hold from 18th - 23rd March 2024 at Monarchs Luxury Palace Hotel, Km 8, Sapati-Ile Junction Road, Ajase-Ipo Road, Ilorin, Kwara State.
The event will feature relevant Federal and State Government ministries, mineral and water resources organizations, private agencies as well as other individuals associated with the profession.
The international event will be focusing on the advancement and practice of mining, earth sciences, and metallurgy, as well as the preservation, acquisition dissemination of mining, geoscientific, and metallurgical knowledge.
It will also be aimed at upholding the ethics and safeguarding the interests of professions covered by the society, and the event will feature lots of exhibitions and luncheon, meetings, discussions, and technical sessions.
