The Regional Energy Co-operation Summit is a regional conference and event held annually in West Africa, the 2021 energy summit will take place in Dakar, Senegal on the 27th -29th of January.
The summit is designed to accommodate ECOWAS energy ministers, government representatives, heads of utilities, regulators, power developers, technology providers, financiers, and multilateral agencies from across West Africa.
It will feature workshops and discussions on ways and best practices to engage the private sector and multilateral.
It will also address the issues involved in cross-border co-operation and regional integration and will provide an insight into how West Africa’s investments as regards energy and infrastructure can be unlocked.
