This is a cultural festival performed every four years from March to May to mark the transition of young men between the ages of twelve and thirteen years from adolescence to adulthood.
The circumcision feast is celebrated to show that some set of young men has reached the rightful age of manhood. Those circumcised are differentiated by the leather skin, wrapped around their waist.
Activities which makes the feast lively includes masquerade display, native songs and dances of all kinds such as the Kyaro war dance, The Takai dance, The Lawurba dance and lots more.
