Miss Wazobia Nigeria 2021 is the 4th edition of the pageantry and the registration ended on 30th December 2020. The theme for the just concluded edition was Dream, Dare, Debut and it is organized by Moed Model Management.
19-year-old Esther Agine won the 2021 edition while the runner ups were Miss Wazobia Nigeria 1st runner up (Gani Sarah Sewa); Miss Wazobia Nigeria 2nd Runner Up (Nze Jane Ihunanya); Miss Wazobia Nigeria Tourism (Crystal-Bel Chuks); and Miss Wazobia Nigeria Top Model (Nneoma Peace Samuel).
The date for the 2023 audition as well as other information for the next edition is yet to be announced.
The event is one of the beauty pageants that were established in recent times. Before now, women were neglected and relegated; however, this pageant aims to work with the Campaign Against Teenage Pregnancy and Sexual Abuse.
The contest, like the Miss Wazobia Nigeria beauty pageant, are among the activities designed to empower young women and give them a voice through beauty competitions.
The winner of the Wazobia Nigeria beauty pageant is greatly awarded and accorded respect and recognition. The winner is also expected to embark on a project that will continue to project her name all the time.
Ladies within the approved age range are allowed to register and participate in this contest designed for women in Nigeria. Miss Wazobia Nigeria Beauty Pageant is always contested during the first four months of the year.
