Africa Communications Week

Africa Communications Week (AfricaCommsWeek) is an annual event scheduled to hold in Lagos, Nigeria, and will start from 22nd – 26th May 2023.

It is a global campaign open to communications professionals with an African focus/expertise, that is aimed at empowering and equipping Africa-focused communications professionals with the tools and resources to change the current narratives about Africa.

AfricaComms Week hosts a series of conferences, workshops, and seminars to educate Africa-focused communications professionals and also connect, engage and reflect on the role of communications in Africa’s development.

It will feature lots of hot and exciting topics which include the impact of communications on Africa’s development, research, and informed opinions of communication experts from more than 40 countries. 

The event is organised for multinational companies, academia, NGOs, government institutions, media communication, and PR professionals with an interest in Africa, from African countries, and across the globe.
