Our firm is licensed for debt recovery practice by Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN) and we also work with the Lagos Multi-door Court House (LMDC) for out of court settlement of debt claims.

We use a unique debt collection process which results in an overall 85% success rate. We never earn a fee unless we collect. Our firm prefers to settle a debt collection matter without having to go to the courts and 98% of the time we are able to settle outside of court. However, there are circumstances when we don't hesitate to go to court and this usually happens when we find no other acceptable alternative.
